Lady Bellaïs is a breathtaking 80 foot, 43 ton Brazilian wooden schooner, built from 2021 to 2022. Guided by our experienced captain and four friends, she sailed 5,000 nautical miles in 21 days from Bahia, Brazil to Bonaire.

From an idea to an ocean adventure
The idea for Lady Bellaïs came from our captain, who, after years of sailing schooners in Aruba, wanted to return to his roots on Bonaire. Since this concept didn’t yet exist on the island, he approached our sister company, Bonaire Cruisers golf cart rental. Together, they flew to Brazil and explored the entire eastern coastline in search of the perfect vessel to bring the idea to life.

Transforming to Lady Bellaïs
Before her journey to Bonaire, she motored to Curaçao, where she was temporarily taken out of the water to install a bow thruster for smoother maneuvering.

She also received a fresh coat of paint, two modern restrooms, a welcoming bar, a large dining table, and improved accessibility for comfortable boarding. We turned her into the ultimate vessel for unforgettable experiences.
Now based in Bonaire, Lady Bellaïs offers unforgettable experiences, from snorkeling and sightseeing trips to sunset sails, private events, and charters.
